United States Coronavirus COVID-19 Disaster
U.S. President Donald J. Trump announced major Coronavirus COVID-19 disaster existed in the states of Texas, Florida, Iowa and Louisiana. U.S. President ordered federal aid to supplement state and local recovery efforts beginning on January 20, 2020 in areas affected by the Coronavirus Disease COVID-19 epidemic. U.S. President's Donald Trump action provides federal funds for coronavirus crisis, counseling for affected individuals in all areas in the state of Texas, Florida, Iowa and Louisiana. Federal funding is also available to Coronavirus COVID-19 affected states and eligible local governments, and some private nonprofit organizations for emergency security measures, Which includes direct federal assistance for all areas of the states of Texas Florida, Iowa and Louisiana, affected by Covid-19. Pete Gaynor, who is the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, named George A. Robinson as the federal coordinating officer for federal recovery operations in the affected areas of Texas, Florida, Iowa and Louisiana. Additional designations to be made at a later date May if requested by the state and warranted by the results of further assessments.
